Scrum Master m/f/d (N0401)

The LANCOM Management Cloud enables our customers to setup and monitor tens, hundreds, or thousands of LANCOM network devices. Using the latest technologies for modern cloud-based web applications, we work in agile, cross-functional teams to build software that makes network administrators happy.

While working remotely has become the norm for us, we still have offices where we can meet in person. Our flexible and family-friendly work environment helps us in building a great product.

And that’s where you come in! As a Scrum Master, you will be working with our teams to help them continuously strive for improvement of the team, the organisation and individuals.

Your challenge:

  • Working with software development teams to achieve a higher level of agile collaboration
  • Nurturing communication and unearthing growth potentials inside the team
  • Active shaping and further development of our agile methods, and continuous improvement of current processes

Your profile:

  • You have multiple years of experience working as a Scrum Master, including coaching, teaching and mentoring (situational leadership)
  • You live and breathe the agile mindset, you're an expert on agile methodologies, and you can work autonomously and goal-driven
  • You have worked in software development environments before
  • You are an emphatic moderator with strong communication and problem solving skills that allow you to bring controversial debates to a successful close
  • You have practical experience with remote work environments, scaled agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, LeSS), and you're keen to learn about new developments in tools and methodologies
  • Experience with standard collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence and Miro is desirable
  • You're fluent in German and English
